Kev Brown is a true king of the beats and an amazingly real rapper who celebrates the dusty but funky true school sounds he embodies. Working with some of my favorite artists though the years, including Grap Luva, Oddisee, Asheru, Jazzy Jeff, Damu, yU, and so so so many more, he always brings an amazing ability to flip choice samples and bring funky basslines underneath. Reeking of analog fuzzy goodness like this city reeks of kush, I will be playing this shit long after you all forget it, as I have been playing some of these songs long before I knew you. Well, except for you, but the rest of you, yeah. Watch out. Classic material here. Get it.
