Yelawolf - Trunk Muzik
Despite looking like a cross between Trent Reznor and the drummer from Blink 182 (Travis something?), this southern skater can rap like a maniac. Holy shit. He works with some of the best rappers and producers in the rap world, and this tape is a good example of what he is capable of. Out since January, Trunk Muzik is full of that dirty dirty. I was excited hearing his single, and then looking him up and hearing more I became more stoked, as it is not often something catches you as a dope new act. Arguably, he has bastardized a few different styles, but he holds his shit down. Proper.
