Happy Halloween folks!

Well, all ya Calgary Shadow Shogun massive, if you didn't get a ticket when I told you to then you're gonna regret it. Tonight is the night for ghosts and goblins to get downright grimey! This will be one of the best nights ever for electronic music in Calgary, I shit you not.

We get the always busy Supreme Hustle, aptly names for the work they put in in the Calgary scene bringing in numerous headliners through the past couple years - Slim Pickins and Mark Instinct.

We get the Modern Math residents Piranha Piranha, who hold it down at Giant 45 and keep vinyl culture alive and well in our town - Dan Solo and Mr. Geography. Check their mixes I linked up here and here.

We get one of the cats from the Glitch Mob who ALWAYS wreck a dancefloor - the one and only Kraddy. Check his mix Meta linked up here

We get Kelevra - An electro house DJ, so I haven't heard of him. But he's supposed to be dope!

And, last but not least, for the headliner we get Caspa. This man needs no introduction, but check here for a link to his essential mix and a quick writeup I did when I first heard about the show. Blessing the stage with him will be your hype commander for the night, the supremely talented MC Rod Azlan.

And just so you can get EXTRA stoked while you're gettin ready, vibin, pre-drinkin, driving to the show or what not, heres a promo mix from Caspa originally recorded for MistaJam's show on BBC 1Xtra. Not that you need to get any more excited but this oughtta push ya right over the edge into damn near insanity for the evening... which is the way it should be.

See everyone tonight, I couldn't coordinate a full costume, but I'm planning on bringing along a part of one that is a hood that (fittingly) covers my face in shadow to go along with my black hoodie and regular attire, and I'm a tall dude so I'll be hard to miss.
