Summer, Night

No need to say it, but I will - I was gone, and now I am back, returned with music and vibes for beautiful sunlit days as well for those mysterious and amazing nights that always take so long to show up. They disappear just as quickly, but music always helps us to remember and even hold some of that energy captive inside of us, those memories forever etched into the endless network of the human mind, present through constant electricity and motive. Not just the nights; music for the times we want to live forever, the times we think of when we are in need of something perfect to escape to, and to aspire to, in life. So, here's a sincere hope that you groove on something here, that it helps you always have a way of finding that elusive but ultimately ideal moment.

Dubfluence 3 - Mixed by Jenai

Been bumping this pretty heavy since I found it recently. Nice melodic shit that touches into influences from dubwise and shuffle step into garage and some heavier darker styles towards the end of the mix. It has that elusive element in addition to a nice proper selection of tracks and mixes and whatnot.

From the same crew, the Ego Thieves, comes a rude accompaniment. This one is heavier than a lot of the stuff I've been into lately, but there's always a time and place for robot battle dubstep crunchers.

Rhythmicon - sub|div Podcast 4.0

Right off the island of vibes comes this mix from Victoria resident Rhytmicon. All that I know about him besides that is that he works with Atma in some, apparently varied, capacities, and I only know about Atma through a friend. In any case, this is another solid mix. Chiller vibes with some spacey elements, rinsing into some atmospheric drum and bass by the end.
