Soooo.... My brother and I are slacking hard on this month's posts. I was away from civilization for five or six days but now I'm back so let's keep this rolling along with the one and only Candian Alleged Legend Birdapres and his buddy DJ Brace. Both have their own thing going, Bird being a heavy duty crate digger, rapper, and producer, and Brace doing his wild style turntablism music (including winning a Juno for instrumental album of the year for his release 'Electric Nosehair Orchestra') and generally keeping suckas in check on the wheels of steel.

Together, they've cooked up the Raw shit, with beats and breaks made and played live by Birdapres with DJ Brace handling the cuts and labwork neccesary to make this a memorable and really wild ride through some sick natural beats and vibes, sprinkled with only the illest cuts and vocal samples. No raps, no posturing, no wack shit. Just the raw. It takes me back.
