Look out for these guys and you'll see them everywhere. Their prolific as all hell (It says in that article Skreams got roughly 8000 tracks he's in the process of making) and dope. They're both accomplished DJs too. I'm lucky to say I've seen Skream 3 times and Benga twice and they are absolutely incredible at working with the crowd, the vibe, and the flow of the mix. I swear to God, their selection is impeccable on every drop.
