I want some of that purple stuff!

So I just learned about yet another great new progression in the wonderful world of dubstep. Bristol's Joker along with crewmembers Guido and Gemmy are pushing a new sound that reminds me of some synth-happy 140 BPM P-Funk shit. Gorgeous, gorgeous sounds. Also pushing it along are producers such as Starkey, Silkie, Jakes, Ginz, and Akira Kiteshi.

Joker has a rare condition where you see colours in sounds (synaesthesia). He can see a bassline as orange or a song as mahogony. His sound, he calls 'Purple'.
